1. How are products organised in the online shop?
We try to set out our products as clearly as possible for you. As we have more than 1000, it is necessary to arrange them into a variety of categories and sub-categories. You should first consider under which rubric the particular product you are searching for might be listed. You should then click through to your product. A search function is also available to you.
The construction of the product navigation system makes it just as easy to browse through our site simply to check out what is available.
2. What do range of products and range of manufacturers mean?
Both are categories which should assist you in locating your products as quickly as possible. Any given product can therefore be found listed under the range of manufacturers as well as that of products. In the list of manufacturers, you will find the products organised under manufacturer, each with their own separate sub-category.
In the list of products, you will also find a large number of product categories in which all the products of all manufacturers can be found. This allows you to have an overview of the whole range of what is on offer to you in a single section.
An example: You're looking for Dr Hauschka's rose cream. You'll find this under the Range of manufacturers- Dr Hauschka-Facial care-Daily care. In the rubric Product range-Facial care-Daily care you will also find Dr Hauschka's rose cream listed, together with the daily care preparations of other manufacturers.
3. How much information is available about the products?
First choose a product category - you will then receive a list with all products that are available in this category. Should you wish to find out more about a given product, click on ÒdetailsÓ and a window with more detailed product description will open. You will also find a complete declaration of ingredients there.
4. Can I also order items not listed in the shop?
You will find the products offered by our major suppliers in our online shop. An extensive range of products from smaller manufacturers and specialists is also available in our shops in Berlin and Freiburg. Feel free to ask for more details of these, should you be looking for something special or unusual.
5. Have the products offered in Belladonna been tested on animals?
No product offered in our shop has been tested on animals. We - and the manufacturers whom we stock - are categorically opposed to animal testing.
6. I suffer from an allergy to a very particular substance.
It is not always clear from the declaration given in the ingredients whether a particular ingredient which may cause an allergy is really contained in a given product or not. If you are in any doubt, you are more than welcome to ask us for help. We will investigate on your behalf and let you know for sure whether it is safe for you to use a product or not.
7. How can I become a customer?
After you have selected your products, you can reach the registration section for your personal data via the shopping basket window. You can enter your billing and delivery address there, as well as selecting your preferred means of payment.
Your email address will be used as your customer name, protected by your personal password. Your details will be saved, ready for the next time that you shop with us.
8. How can I pay?
You can pay by direct debit, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express) or by PayPal.
9. What kind of shipping costs can I expect to pay?
For orders with a minimum value of 30 euros we deliver free of charge. For orders under that value, we charge 3.95 euros for postage and packaging. The postage costs for customers abroad can be found in the overview of delivery conditions.
10. Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?
Of course! You are able to enter several different delivery addresses when you type in your personal details which you can then save for any future orders you might make. Please take this opportunity to have your delivery forwarded to where someone is available at home to receive it or to make someone special's day.
11. How and when can I find out whether or not my order is deliverable?
All products in our online shop are in our stockroom. Any items currently unavailable shall be indicated clearly as such and cannot be placed in your shopping basket.
12. How can I know whether or not you have received my order?
After successfully completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your order by email. Should you fail to receive this confirmation immediately, then you can assume that a problem occurred during the ordering process. Should this be the case, log in once more immediately, make sure that you entered your email address correctly and try again. Don't worry - we will notice if anything has been inadvertently ordered more than once and will not deliver anything twice!
13. How are goods sent?
Delivery will be made only in suitably secure packaging.
14. How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Orders made within Germany will be delivered within two days. For delivery times for those ordering overseas, please see the relevant list of delivery conditions.
If, for any reason, your order will take longer to arrive, we will of course give you special notification of this fact.
15. Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, the customer should take note of the customs regulations applying to the relevant country.
16. Can I order information material and samples?
Should you wish one of the above, then please indicate so in our message field whilst ordering. We will try to fulfil your wish, subject to availability.
17. Can I have gifts sent pre-wrapped?
For a small charge, we will be happy to send out your products gift-wrapped. Please order in our shop in the usual way and inform us of your wish to have goods gift-wrapped in the message field. You will then be informed of the charge applicable for this service in due course.
18. How can the security of my personal data be guaranteed?
All data is handled by us with the utmost discretion and used exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We never pass your details on to third parties. Data is transferred securely and credit card information and bank details are handled separately from personal data. This offers the highest degree of protection possible from any misuse of your details.
19. What should I do in the event of faulty delivery or general complaints?
Orders are carefully put together and packaged. Should any kind of complaint nonetheless arise, we will deal with this quickly and fairly. You have the fundamental right to return goods for a period of two weeks following purchase, though it should be noted that this right only applies to goods which are unused and undamaged. Please contact us should you wish to return any products and please note that we cannot accept any non-prepaid parcels.
